How can I add or update my payment method?

To update your payment method, go to Settings>Payment Method.

A payment method is required to be on file anytime you are working with a GoSignify interpreter. If you’d like to remove a payment method, please upload a new payment method using the link above. Once a new payment method is uploaded, you are able to remove the previous payment method.

To add a credit card:

Click “Add a Credit Card” and provide your card’s payment information and billing address.
